Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

 

We have a customer-friendly 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at www.silvere.co mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

 

 Orders with Offers (e.g., Buy X Get Y, Buy 2 @ XXX, etc.):

If an order is placed using the Buy 1 Get 1 offer, the entire order must be returned if one seeks a full refund. Partial returns and refunds will not be accepted.

If an order is placed using the Buy 1 Get 1 offer, the entire order must be exchanged; partial exchanges are not allowed. 
Note: The Buy 1 Get 1 offer does not apply to exchanges.

In the rare event that you receive a wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a damaged item, simply connect with our customer care team by dropping an email at silvere1208@gmail.com
We'll arrange the pick-up and send the replacement your way.



- Partial Order Returns:

Store credits will be issued to your SILVERE Wallet for the returned items. These credits can be used for future purchases.

- Full Order Returns:


Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request process.

 

Exchange Policy: 

 

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note SILVERE will arrange for the pick up from your door step.
  3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.
  4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another
    product of a higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  5.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note. 
  6. Return or Exchange of the exchanged product is not possible .If at all we cater the exchange/return, store credit will be given to the customer in their SILVERE account.
  7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
